Who We Are... Atlas is a real estate invesment company consisting of real estate professionals who BUY, REPAIR, MANAGE, and SELL HOMES in the Sacramento, CA and the surrounding areas since 1999.We work with Buyers who want to secure a home, live in it now and want to explore all options in how, when and what type of financing they will qualify to buy the home. With as low as 3% down as an Option-To-Purchase Fee you can qualify for Atlas's "Home Ownership Training" Program. This program allows you time to improve your credit and build up your necessary down payment.
You can earn a fixed monthly rent credit toward your future down payment.
Once your credit has improved or you have accumulated enough down payment you can qualify for a traditional bank loan. Or you may choose to convert to Atlas's easy qualifying "Home Ownership Graduate" Program.
Atlas's Rent-To-Own Program is perfect for those with credit issues or those who haven't saved enough down payment or just want to "try-out" the neighborhood, the schools or the house.
Atlas's "Home Ownership Graduate" Program
Atlas will be your bank and develop a loan that is right for your budget so you don't have to work with the bank and go through their slow and difficult qualifying process.
You get to deduct interest payments and property taxes from your income taxes. This lowers your income taxes and allows you to increase your deductions so you can increase your take-home pay.
Requires 15% of the purchase price as down payment. You can choose to put more money down to lower your monthly house payment.
You can receive all the benefits of home ownership WITHOUT the frustrating hassle of bank financing.
